Return Period:
You may return your purchased firearm within 2 days of the original purchase date. This return period allows sufficient time to inspect the item and ensure your satisfaction.

Usage Deduction:
If the firearm has been used, there will be a 25% deduction from the original purchase price upon return. This accounts for any wear and tear associated with its use.

Change of Mind:
If you decide to return the firearm due to a change of mind, you may do so within the specified return period. However, a 10% deduction from the original purchase price will be applied in this case.

Conditions for Return:
The firearm must be returned in its original condition, with all accompanying accessories, manuals, and packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all returns.
Returns must be initiated within the designated return period.

Exceptions:
Returns on customized or modified firearms are subject to store discretion.
Returns on ammunition, accessories, and consumables are not accepted unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Process for Returns:
Contact our customer service team to initiate the return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package the firearm securely, including all original components, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside.
Ship the item using a trackable shipping service.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund accordingly.
